1. Why will I receive my garden only 4 months later?

Onuà World's business model favors 'Just in Time' production and utilizes different factories to meet its various needs. As we use various manufacturers, it takes some time to finalize the garden's production, in addition to factoring in transportation times and, in some cases, customs delays.

However, Onuà World will always offer a pre-sale period before starting production. Of course, this timeframe will always be a maximum of 3 to 4 months.

2. Is the performance of this aquaponic vegetable garden comparable to other hydroponic gardens?

Absolutely, the nutrients present in fish waste ensure the same growth rate for your vegetables or plants as in a hydroponic garden.As long asyou feed your fish, they will continuously supply nutrients to your garden. This is primarily the difference between hydroponics and aquaponics because in hydroponics, you need to add nutrients to the water or find them in seed capsules from the manufacturer.

3. Once my garden is up and running, does it require a lot of maintenance?

Maintaining your garden involves adding water when necessary to the aquarium (you will receive a notification from your application for this), monitoring pH through your application, and feeding your fish. About once every 1 to 2 weeks, test the nitrate levels in the water. You won't have any maintenance to do for the aquarium since waste does not accumulate there.

It is not recommended to empty your garden once a year, as this would destroy the bacterial flora of your garden. Don't forget that bacteria facilitate the transfer of nutrients to the plants. You can maintain it for at least 4 to 5 years or until the garden contains too much fish waste.

4. Why is there no filter in my aquarium?

Plants are responsible for filtering the water by removing nitrates. The circulation of water in the garden also promotes its oxygenation. Therefore, there is no need for a filter or to change it!

5. Is there a light to illuminate the fish in the aquarium?

Yes, there is LED lighting for the aquarium that you can program or simply turn on/off via the application according to your preference for observing the fish.
