PRIVACY STATEMENT

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from any of clickandgrow.com regional websites (the “Site”).

Onuà World is the responsible processor of Personal Information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”. Your IP address is used also to find out your geographical location by requesting this from an external GeoIP service - this is necessary for providing you with privacy controls options optimized for your region.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

• “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit https://www.allaboutcookies.org.

Some cookies are necessary for the general functionality of the Site and therefore those are always used by the Site. Cookies that are not necessary for functionality of the Site are stored only when you have agreed to it by clicking the „I agree” button at the cookie consent banner. Such cookies include tracking cookies.

• “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
• “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site – the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.

Any personal information (including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, phone number) that you send us during the purchasing process, stored in our system. Credit card information is provided to the selected payment provider. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. Order Information is needed for us to enter into a contract with you. If you do not provide us with relevant information, we can not sell or deliver our products to you.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information based on our legitimate interests to:

• Communicate with you;
• Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;
• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

If you do not have a user account in the Site then the account is created and activated automatically for you in the background when you create an order. You can update or delete your Personal Information as part of your account if you have created a password for your account.

EMAIL ADDRESSES

Email addresses submitted as part of the Order Information form are used for transactional messages. We will send you marketing emails (such as promotion codes, cart reminders) only if you have given us consent by checking the clearly marked (unchecked by default) option on the Checkout Contact Information page or when you sign up to a newsletter through a dedicated sign up form on our Site.

You can withdraw consent to be included in our marketing mailing list at any time by either unsubscribing using the link provided promotional emails we send you or by contacting us using the methods described in the CONTACT US section below.

MOBILE PHONE NUMBERS

Phone numbers entered via Order Information form are always used for transactional text messages. You may also receive marketing text messages (such as promotion codes, cart reminders) to your mobile number if your mobile number is from US or CA region, and if you have given us explicit consent for this in US or CA Site by checking the clearly marked (unchecked by default) option on the multi-step newsletter sign up form or Checkout Contact Information page. Email marketing and SMS marketing consents are collected separately on the Checkout Contact Information page by checking clearly marked options whether you wish to receive information through both channels or prefer only certain channels. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in one of our text messages.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you visit our Site from the European Union, The United Kingdom, or if you are visiting our site from anywhere else, then we ask for your permission to use your Personal Information with a distinct consent button on the cookie banner. When visiting the Site, your location is determined by querying the geographic location of your IP from an external GeoIP service.

Only if you have consented to it (in case of EU and UK visitors) or if you haven’t withdrawn your consent to it (visitors outside of EU and UK) we share your Personal Information with some third parties to help us use your Personal Information for purposes described above. For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site and therefore Device Information (a subset of Personal Information) is shared with that service – you can read more about how Google uses Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. Device Information from Google Analytics may also be used by Google Ads service to make ads more relevant for you. You can opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Personal Information necessary for making payments is transferred directly to the authorized processors Maksekeskus AS or Stripe. We may also share your Personal Information with business partners, suppliers and subcontractors when required for providing our services to you.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Only when you have agreed to it, the Site stores cookies that are used for targeted advertisements or marketing communications that may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

RIGHTS OF VISITORS FROM EUROPE AND THE UNITED KINGDOM

You have a right to:

• Access your data – you can ask us for a copy of the Personal Information that we hold;
• Rectify your data if you become aware of any errors or inaccuracies concerning your personal data;
• Withdraw your consent – where we process Personal Information based on consent, you have a right to withdraw this consent at any time. Note that withdrawal of consent does not affect lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal;
• Ask erasure/deletion of your data when we no longer need it for the purposes it was obtained or when we do not have further legal basis to keep processing your data;

• Ask us to review automated decisions which have legal effects to you;

Note that we are processing your Personal information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records as part of our legal requirements or to protect our interests in case of legal disputes. All Personal Information submitted as part of Order Information is stored in the system under your user account as long as the account remains active.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
