For a garden consisting of 100% plants, in the aquarium, you can add between 20 and 30 fish measuring approximately 3 to 5 cm (1.25 to 2 inches). If the fish are larger, their number should be reduced. Regardless of the mix of plants (vegetables, fruits, flowers, or indoor plants), simply fill the three growing beds. It is possible to leave space between the plants; there is no need to overcrowd them

A) Seeding Period: When you sow your vegetables and they begin to develop roots, start adding 3 to 4 fish measuring 5 cm (2 inches)at the beginning of your garden setup. Wait for about 2 weeks to add the required quantity of fish. This period allows the plants to grow and establish their roots to absorb nitrates present in the system. Remember to continue adding the nitrifying bacterial solution during these 2 weeks. B) Planting Period for Cuttings or Mature Plants: If you plan to plant cuttings or already mature plants, we suggest first planting your plants and then adding the maximum required number of fish, as your plants already have roots.
