For all orders, delivery fees will be added to the final payment before taxes, typically 6 to 8 weeks before the scheduled delivery date. Once the final payment is processed, you will receive your tracking code for your order, along with the delivery date for the address specified in your order, based on the chosen delivery option.
Taxes will be added to your invoice in accordance with the applicable rates in your country, and if applicable.

The Functions of Our Mobile Application
Manage your garden from outside your residence or office
You can give a name to your garden, as the application allows you to manage multiple gardens simultaneously. Additionally, it also enables multiple users to manage the same garden. Users can download the application on their mobile phones, tablets, or computers.
Schedule Lighting and Ventilation Times
You can program the lighting for each cultivation bin individually based on a schedule that suits your plants, choosing the hours and minutes that work for you. You also have the option to reduce the light intensity according to the specific needs of your plants. Furthermore, you can independently schedule ventilation to promote the pollination of your flowering plants.
Receive Alerts from the Application on Your Devices
You can receive an alert informing you that the water level in the aquarium is low, advising you to add water. If you are unable to add water and the level reaches a critical limit, the pumps will automatically stop, and you will be notified. This safety measure is implemented to protect your fish, which require a minimum water level.
Program Water Temperature
With our application, you can program the water temperature of your aquarium. Temperature plays a crucial role in aquaponics as it promotes the growth of bacteria, which, in turn, facilitates nutrient absorption by the plants.
Receive Real-time pH Updates.
You will receive real-time pH readings from your aquarium. pH also plays a crucial role in aquaponics, and it's important to keep it slightly below a pH of 7.
